After working together at Hays Montrose and Rullion, in 2008, Lewis, and James thought, ".we can do this on our own." With the country in recession, our timing was challenging, but we walked the streets of London and won work. From humble beginnings in a small office in Shoreham-by-Sea, by 2011 we had employed 5 staff and were paying 500 operatives each week.

Recruitment for construction is where the majority of our experience lies. Our operatives have worked on building sites across the country and on 80% of London's recent major building projects. Project managers trust us to provide construction staff because we have the know-how to put the right operatives into the right positions to get the work done reliably while complying with all the necessary regulations.
Our retail division currently supports major retailers with merchandising solutions from initial phasing & scoping through to full Project Management & onsite delivery. Our retail support hub in Nottingham has over 60 years of retail support knowledge within it, enabling us to understand our customers requirements quickly and provide a menu of services & skills to fit within budgetary restraints.
With our extensive experience in supplying tradespeople for every part of construction and maintenance processes, we have sourced a large number of mechanical and electrical skilled tradespeople for projects all over the country including some very prestigious projects in London. Areas we have supplied people for include pharmaceutical, power generation, shop-fit out, residential developments and test/inspection report completion.

Have had no pay over new year just to find out they shut for 2 weeks and nobody gets payed until the 8th of january 2021.I had no notification of this whatsoever and have now been left moneyless and without food and unable to pay rent and necessities.Plz do not use shore group rude mannered and non sympathetic towards no fault of my own.

I had bad experience, and felt spammed by this person below for a lookalike fake Tesco job offer the whole morning, claiming I am the person for the job half day rate to be paid, I have explained I am not the person, and asked to be removed from the job, and my details, but he kept pushing.
Obviously trying his luck if somebody desperate enough in this difficult times will hook as usual.
Also Bad previous experience with them, for example fully qualified professional send for cleaning work on site 😱

I work for Shore Group for few mouths last year they joke Company Never get paid on time n Leave the employees outside the store in the middle noway after you done 12 Hours Shift To Paid For Taxi Get Back To Hotel When there should be made arrangements to get back n from to work When you get Work Through 9 time out 10 they Cancel it last minute The Lads In Office need do week Course how to treat and Talk their employees with some Respect JOKE COMPANY

Been working with shore for about 1y 3m best move I did from deeset. Always have work from them thank to jag Briggs and Ste Allan and if there are any problems they have them sorted out as quickly as they can 5 star lads. I've been working with The Shore Group for about 3 years now, mostly with Luke Guainiere. He has always kept me in work and even when there were a few occasions when no work was available, Luke would always have me in mind and contact me first. I received two pay rises on one job from Luke, which is something no other agent has ever done! I will continue to use him for as long as possible. A great agent for The Shore Group.

Working for them almost two years and completed few different-sized projects as a supervisor. The ladies I work with, Rebecca and Charlotte, are brilliant.
