Ordered a banner via my graphic designer and asked for via express delivery to get it in time for a weekend event. Was unable to arrive on time due to courier (parcel force) and now have been told no refund will be given as its not their fault or in other words 'not our problem but thanks for you money'. Wouldn't recommend for a reliable customer service experience.

I've never experienced anything so appalling in my life. The banners took ages to be delivered and when they were, the were so badly made and printed that they were useable. To the point, when they were first put up, people laughed at the quality and one person asked where they were made so he could avoid the company.
I've contacted them several times (twice a week for 8 weeks) and still not heard anything back from them.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE CON ARTISTS.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 banners with my logo and writing, along with the 48 hour express delivery.
When the art work was sent through for approval it had no text. I was then told I hadn’t paid for text. Another proof was then sent for a pizza company (I do not own a pizza company). I was the told delivery would be the following week.
On their invoice they also claim to not take any money until the artwork has been approved. The money was instantly taken from my credit card!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. First order arrived with slight damage and beyond poor print quality. It's been one month, still no refund. Struggling to contact as no answer to phone and no response to e-mail. Worst experience I have ever had buying anything in my life.
The second order we placed and paid for. No item received, no refund given. Been a month. Pure robbery. Save yourself the time, effort, stress and legal fee's!
