After leaving School, Phil spent 6 years as a Military Policeman in the Royal Air Force. The majority of which was based in Northern Ireland. After leaving the military life, Phil decided to move into a very different arena and started a career in sales within the Financial Services sector. He enjoyed a lot of success and ended up working for one of the Largest privately owned Banks in the UK as one of their top Sales Managers.

I came to Phil at solid career coaching when I was at a dead end with my career path. Completely unsure of what I wanted to do or where I wanted to be, I opted for the 5 steps to work course (with career coaching) and I was not disappointed!
