My GF brought her car here to have Car Play installed. Her car was kept all day despite being told it was a 2 hr procedure to have no call to say to collect and then car play hadn’t been installed properly. She called several times to be fobbed off by each and every member of staff claiming all was fine and she just wasn’t using it properly. Condescending, rude staff who were not helpful. When she then took the car in and a member of staff conceded she had indeed been correct and the install was not completed properly, she was offered no apologies for her treatment or the lack of ‘customer

Buying a second hand car from these guys has been a total pleasure. They listened to what I wanted, gave me some great options and came up with a fantastic car with the right spec and budget. Had a fantastic experience buying a used 2015 MX-5 through Guildford Mazda. Was initially looked after by Daran Brookes on our first visit. Daran was very honest and advised me that I would be better selling my car privately to fund my purchase rather than part exchanging due to the specialist nature of my car. I was allowed to take the car for an unaccompanied test drive, which I thought was very trusting and gave me a chance to settle down and experience the car without being watched. Daran is a proper petrolhead and it was fantastic to be able to talk to someone who understood the mechanics

2009 Mazda 6 Safety Recall
I received a letter from Mazda that I should visit a dealer because there could be 3 problems with the car that require urgent attention.
Guildford Mazda was the closest, I phoned them up and they said it will take max 3 hours to fix the issue once the car is there.
-Monday morning when I left the car there, they said it will take roughly 6 hours because they are busy.
-Later, they phoned me up saying that they don’t have the part for the car and they need to order one. So I need to leave the car there until Tuesday morning.
-Tuesday afternoon they phoned me up
