Since qualifying in 1989, Richard has been running a thriving practice in delightful Hampstead Garden Suburb. When Prais Dental was very first on the scene, it was located above shops, and every morning, when Richard arrived for work, he was greeted by mouth-watering smells emanating from the famous Sherrards Bakery.

As a forward-thinking practice, we embrace the kind of new technology that will give our patients the best possible results. This is why we use CEREC - a high-precision milling machine that can design and create porcelain dental crowns and inlays/onlays in just one visit. This allows us to have complete control over the shape and fit metal-free restorations and it is also a convenient treatment option for busy patients.
We provide dentures crafted from high-quality materials to fill in the gaps left by lost teeth. By fully assessing your mouth, we can give you replacement teeth that will not only look realistic but also fit in with your lifestyle. These can be partial dentures for filling in a few gaps or full dentures to replace a complete set of teeth.
These hard-wearing restorations can be used in teeth that cannot be repaired with a normal filling. They are custom-made in a laboratory from an impression taken of the teeth. Inlays are bonded within the cavity, whereas onlays cover one or more of the tooth's cusps (points) or completely cover the biting surface.
