Over the past year we have worked hard to provide a safe and comfortable environment within our practices so that you can visit with confidence.
We have a locked door policy so that all visits to the practice are by appointment. This means that we can talk to you before your visit to reassure you about the steps we have taken to keep you safe, and we also run through a questionnarie to establish if you have any symptoms that would mean we should delay your visit to the practice until you are recovered.

I had a very positive experience with Thomas Bond. Previously I have always stuck to big national chain opticians and assumed that smaller opticians would be more expensive and less efficient. However, I found that Thomas Bond's prices are very reasonable, products good quality, and customer service excellent - they were able to turn around my new glasses very quickly as I needed new ones ASAP.

Thomas bond have helped my daughter so very much recently. They discovered she has very poor vision in one eye and when my hospital appointment for her got cancelled they sorted it straight away and she got the most fantastic glassses that she loves to bits!! Cant recommend these guys at Bingham enough. Lovely staff and first class service A******
