Whilst being surveyed for the installation of Double glazing for our 2 bedroom terraced house we specifically asked the rep from warm white windows whose name is Vic that we required clear glass for our bathroom as that was what we already had and he told us that it would be OK.
The Job was carried out by one single man and at the end of it there was a lot of mess .Also we were wrongly sent frosted windows for the bathroom. The windows needed a lot of packing around the interiors and this was not finished by the installer.
