I saw a used car online so went on-spec' to see it the day before Christmas Eve. From start to finish an exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful and enjoyable experience being looked after by Nigel with Dawn there too for extra info'. Really, it couldn't have been better. Not at all pushy and by taking me through the pros and cons of the various finance options, Nigel saved me about £1k in interest too. The car was given a brand new MOT, service and a thorough going over and they presented it like a new pin. We picked it up, as arranged, just an hour before they closed for the Christmas

A sheer joy to deal with Sean and his staff. Such a welcome contrast to the hum drum business of buying a car from a large dealership garage. I bought a second hand car for my son’s 21st birthday. Personal service even involved delivery to the door, perfectly timed for the birthday surprise!

I cannot rate Wylam Garage and all its staff enough.
This is the first time I have bought a car from them and the whole process from start to finish was made so easy with help from the team especially Dawn.
If your thinking about buying a car then give them a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant garage. I travel from the Scottish Borders for all my X Trail needs as I am so impressed with the work carried out by them. I have been going here for over eight years as I was so disappointed with the garages near me letting me down. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the engineers show you and explain what they will do or have done or have fixed because they have noticed it , eg .the horn was only half working, now it's LOUD fixed for free. The ladies at reception are all great and very knowledgeable and if Lily our dog is lucky, she gets a biscuit.

Just before Christmas our daughter Elizabeth was driving home from work when she was hit by a car from behind. It was her pride and joy, purchased from Wylam Garage some 18 months before. The driver of the car who hit her drove off. To make matters worse she became the victim of an insurance scam which cost her money she didn't have. After Christmas the car was written off and Elizabeth was without a car. I contacted Sean at Wylam Garage to take advice about the GAP insurance which Elizabeth had taken-out to protect her in this event. After a brief explanation I was left feeling reassured that
