Charleson Building Services Ltd was formed in 1985 and in this period of time has built a strong customer base. We have built a great reputation for completing projects on time, on budget and to the highest of industry standards. We always ensure we provide our clients with the highest level of professional service with much personal attention given to each detail of the project.
Flexible Business Interiors have now worked with Charleson Building Services on numerous projects ranging from large Cat A landlords works to technically challenging Cat B client fit-out packages. In each case they have utilised their ability to marry technical knowledge, clever design and cost effective solutions with efficient execution of those solutions on site.
The Company is managed by a team of industry professionals with a wealth of experience in Building Engineering Services. Alan has over 50 years experience within the industry. Alan trained with Norris Warming Co. Limited, Manchester and gained the majority of his management experience with Haden Young Ltd in the North West.
Our clients include "blue-chip" Companies such as the Portakabin Group (part of the Shepherd Group), Colchester, Hertfordshire, North Middlesex and East Yorkshire NHS Trusts and Manchester City Council. The following is a selection of completed projects, covering traditional and modular buildings. These projects include those using Renewable Technologies and those requiring BREEAM certification.
