Have just had a great experience with Waterfalls, a completely new ensuite shower room. From start to finish they were excellent. Louise who answered the phone and took my details, David who came out measured then drew up the plans. Once we were happy with the plans, we made an appointment to choose our colours, again David was most helpful. We had to wait a few months to get the job done, but that was because they were extremely busy. All the workmen arrived on time and the job was finished in 5 days, the old bathroom completely emptied and new one installed. So very happy with the work and how
