I bought my car from JJ Motors in July this year. I wanted to wait a little while before I posted a review, just in case of any issues. Whilst there were a couple of minor issues with the car after the purchase JJ Motors sorted these for me really quickly; I felt like I was a priority and they couldn't do enough to get things sorted for me. I can't fault their after sales care and commitment to customer service (just to be clear the issues with the car were pretty minor, and pretty typical of a 10 year old second hand car).

I needed a car and saw a nice Citroen at J J Motors. Went to view it and it was just what I needed and was delivered to me the next day. Very happy with it but if you do have any issues the after sales service is excellent. They are solved quickly and efficiently to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

Outstanding customer service, went the extra mile to make the purchase easy. Had very small problem but their where able to get this sorted out very quick and with no fuss. Would highly recommend to all. With the delivery option this made it easyier for me as was unable to collect the car. Their price's are spot on and you dont get the hard sell like other places. Good dealer to work with I bought a Vauxhall Mokka back in December last year the flywheel went on it and even though it was out of warranty they still helped me out with 200 pounds towards parts as I done the repair myself so I would highly recommend and would most definitely buy from jj motors in the future thanks guys

Second time I've bought here, both times I've been very happy with the service and the deals offered.
Jordan and Eddie are both friendly and professional, all the cars are well priced and clean, and are well presented both on the forecourt and for collection.
