Services
Based in the historic town of Stamford, Lincolnshire, Ace Cabs has been operating taxis in Stamford and the surrounding area for over 10 years. We pride ourselves in providing a fast, reliable, door to door, service to the local residents and businesses we serve. Ace Cabs is able to provide various services from short distance journeys to airport trips and day trips to various locations throughout the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Ace Cabs over the last 10 years we have established excellent relations and provided a wide variety of services for many hotels, guest houses, health care services and other businesses in the area. We can also assist different governmental and private bodies to participate in delivering all kind of materials and records and patients.
Larger vehicles charge at the same rate as a normal car if there are four or fewer passengers in the vehicle. Please do not let their size mislead you into thinking you will be charged more. After speaking to customers over the last few months, many have told us they don't understand when they are charged a price, query it and then get told 'it's all down to the council, you need to read the card in the window'.
We are growing at an amazing rate, and cover Stamford and surrounding areas, we need reliable, honest drivers that have great customer care skills and a 'can do' attitude. We have a great team, with contract mechanics and cleaners to keep the cars pristine, a top class computer set up and plenty of work to be getting on with.
An account is usually run on a monthly basis. Invoices are sent out on the first of the month, either by post or email and operate on standard thirty day payment terms. Accounts have a customer reference number issued to them and there is the facility to have purchase numbers issued either by our office or the customers office to facilitate job allocation upon receipt of invoices.

Car 19, driven by the wonderful human Rahim, collected myself and a friend after our respective vehicles got locked in a car park. The taxi arrived within minutes of making the booking and Rahim was a wonderfully open and communicative person. In the 25 minute drive home we covered a range of topics, from family and work balance to our work and hobbies - he clearly cares deeply about his work and left me with possibly the best quote I’ll hear in 2022..

Comments: Just spent four days in Stamford - needed taxis on several occasions including some for party of 9 or 11 persons - all taxi requests promptly arranged and all arrived as requested with super-efficient mobile phone messages confirming everything. Prices were very reasonable and the drivers extremely personable, as was the Office despatcher. Thoroughly recommend their excellent service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Black Mercedes taxi driver from ace cabs was very unprofessional and asked personal questions he crossed the line with indecent behaviour and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I will definitely not be using this company again and I wouldn't advise any woman travelling alone to use ace cabs Stamford

Brilliant taxi services based in Stamford. My taxi arrived on time. Polite drivers with clean cars. There new text notification update is brilliant advising what type of car to expect at what time. I would highly recommend over other firms in Stamford and surrounding areas. Keep up the good work guys.

We have been using Ace Cabs for a number of years now and have always had excellent customer service. The drivers are always on hand to make the journey as smooth and comfortable as possible. With great knowledge of the roads in the area no job seems to big or small for this small but well known company. Always a pleasure with this company.
