They are not expensive, but unfortunately completely unresponsive. They don't bother to remind their clients (at least me) what needs to be done, in what order, what needs to be submitted, etc. Even when I asked them to do something, they haven't done it. Their unprofessional behaviour costed me around 7000£.

If you want a professional service DO NOT risk your business accounts with this firm.
Emails are never replied to and filing is not done on time despite all the information being provided. All you’re left with is a hefty late filing bill from HMRC.
