From artists to photographers, Framewarehouse is one of the regions leading bespoke frame makers. Getting the company engaged with their clients online was seen as a critical step toward its long-term success. After consulting with the client we proposed updating their existing site to include a frame creator allowing users to create and order custom-made frames online.
Our role in the project was to architect the software and systems and to design and implement a usable interface encompassing account analytics and performance dashboards that claims administrators, bus and lorry depot staff, law specialists and even emergency authorities could easily use via secure entry points.
This story hit the news earlier this month following Spotify's not so subtle dig at Apple via this animated video. The problem that Spotify has with Apple is any purchase users can make within Apple's app store are taxed at 30% by Apple. So in Spotify's case that would mean every time a Spotify user decides to upgrade from free to their premium app through the App Store, Apple takes 30% of the fee.
