At the start of your driving test your examiner will ask you two questions about vehicle safety checks. One or both questions answered incorrectly will result in one driving fault being recorded. A1 -- Apply the indicators or hazard warning switch and check functioning of all indicators. A2 -- Operate brake pedal, make use of reflections in windows, garage doors etc, or ask someone to help.
