Marc was extremely helpful, kept in regular communication (unlike other plumbers I have dealt with in the past), came out when he said he would and his prices are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Not something I would say lightly.

Marc fitted a vertical radiator in the hallway and was very responsive before the job - even recommending where to shop for radiators at a better rate. Would highly recommend. Very friendly, proactive, personable and on time! Will use again for future plumbing needs.

Never trust these guys. I´ve treated with such an unprofessional company. They never finished the job they started (installing a new shower), further than that, they broke the toilet and bathtub pipe. I can´t use the shower because the floor gets flooded. I have a disability and I only can use the bathroom downstairs, which makes my life a bit more complicated at the moment. Tried to contacted them in many occasions without any success, so please, if your need a plumber, just DO NOT contact this company. Thanks

Marc is an unreliable plumber I would never ever recommend anyone uses him. I googled him and read the reviews but unfortunately I drew the short straw. He has taken my money and not completed the job in fact I had to call out an emergency plumber to stop the leak he was soooooo busy to complete. Later he ignored my calls for weeks on end and after all that he used the wrong pressure pump.

Had a pretty bad leak on a Sunday and Marc was here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem when we had no idea where the leak was coming from. Could tell straight away he knew his stuff!!
I'll definately be saving his details for any future plumbing works we may have as he was an absolute star to deal with.
