We use the top 3 portal websites, Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation and the latest technology to make every aspect of moving from arranging a viewing to completion as easy as possible. We are all local and passionate about the area we live in and have some of the best experience within the property industry.
Unlike many High Street agents we don't have a specific clocking off time. If required we will carry out evening or weekend viewings to make sure we are available when buyers are. We want to make sure you are seen by all the buyers and that's why we pay to advertise on the top 3 portal websites, Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

We were very happy with the personal service received from Hazel and Paul, who were incredibly helpful in the sale of our property in difficult personal circumstances. We had originally used other estate agents but things did not progress smoothly with them and we changed to Newton Rowe following a personal recommendation from a friend and could not have been happier with our decision to go with Newton Rowe.

Writing a review is not something that I normally undertake but following the service that we have received from Paul and Hazel in selling our property I wanted to take the time to do so as a small token of our appreciation. It was a pleasure dealing with Newton Rowe.
Paul's friendly approach at the start of the engagement and customer collaboration (letting me have huge say in the brochure, for example) and Hazel's always on the ball updates and pro-activity made me feel in safe hands. In these kind of transactions I as the customer usually have to ask to be kept informed, repeatedly; Newton Rowe were one party who made me feel like somebody was actually driving the bus I was on. We even found time to hve a bit of a wry laugh at it all. Nice people, top service. No hesitation to recommend

I enlisted the services of Newton Rowe as my second agent as I was keen to identify why my property was not converting to a sale elsewhere. Paul had a look at the original listing and identified two aspects that, in his opinion, weren't quite hitting the mark. One aspect was an error in the Rightmove parameters that meant the original listing wouldn't appear in certain searches... a significant find which potentially opened up more of the searches in the new Newton Rowe listing.

Here is a company that punches way above its weight. Newton and Rowe were recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. Paul and his team have experience and local knowledge in spades and are competent, conscientious and thorough. From a sellers point of view, it's not just about getting a good offer for your property, it's important to get the right buyer who is most likely to follow through with the purchase.
