Hi, I will be honest I did some research on prices and found UFH to be very competitive and quite easy to deal with. I was dealing with Lee Humberstone who was very helpful. Unfortunately, my only criticism with this supplier is the returns process when there is a parts fault. As a customer I think its worth noting that if you save money on the products initially you can get burnt on the returns process in the event you need to return any wrong or faulty items. I had a simple Actuator fault, after spending the good part of £1300 with this 3rd party parts provider I called today to report a problem
