Our food is sourced wherever possible from local suppliers who supply the finest ingredients, who like ourselves believe in promoting and maintaining the very highest standards.

We can deliver our premium ready to eat meals and entertaining food direct to your door.
Alfresco Catering can provide a professional mobile bar and Cocktail bar service for any event throughout Somerset and beyond with fully trained and uniformed staff, a wide range of premium branded drinks and a choice of our custom made mobile bar units that also incorporate concealed lighting. We have a selection of mobile bars that can be configured in various shapes and sizes to best suit your venue and complement your event.
All our pigs are sourced locally and cooked to perfection in our mobile spit roasting machines for a minimum of 5 hours, resulting in a succulent roast with the crunchiest of cracklings. Our trained chefs roast the pigs on site from raw, then carve and serve with fresh bread rolls and delicious home-made apple sauce - or you can choose from suckling pig, wild boar, lamb, hogget or venison, depending on the number of guests at your event.
The Alfresco Catering Horse Box ensures a unique and memorable experience with slick service. We can diffident service out of the horse box, for example; Cafe Shop, Bar, Cuban-in or Mexican Deli Bar, BBQ Hut, Pizza Pod, Ice cream Box, and much more. We can customise the horse box bar trailer to your own branding for corporate events such as experiential activities, product launches, VIP entertaining, themed weddings and so on!
