Ison was founded in 1973. We have a long history of providing ingenious engineering and electro-mechanical solutions for a wide range of industries. Ison's philosophy has been to provide a 'One Stop Shop' from design to manufacture. We have a fully equipped toolroom with highly trained development engineers, and a manufacturing plant where we produce the end product.
We pride ourselves on the design and manufacture of a wide range of cutting edge products for various markets. We are happy to work with individuals or with larger companies. We can take an original concept, sketch, or thought, and using our 3D in house modelling package we are able to create virtual models of the product which can then be used to produce a working prototype.
The use of our Manumould / Easimould injection moulding machines combined with our on site toolroom facilities allows us to develop and modify designs efficiently keeping costs and development time to a minimum. We also have a fully equipped toolroom which includes machining, power presses, welding, fabrication, assembly with highly skilled toolmakers having a vast knowledge base and wealth of experience to draw from.

With the increasing availability of powerful and compact rechargeable grinders and cutters the traditional padlock and chain can be broken into with relative ease.
Our range of wrist straps are made from a highly tough and durable Elastomer to withstand the harsh chlorine/chemical rich environments of today's leisure centres which can quickly degrade standard plastics and rubbers. This soft flexible material is also friendly to touch and hygienic unlike some Fabric straps.
