On return to the office, a brochure of your property will be drafted for you to approve along with your office agreement and invoice for your outlay fee. All our mailing list buyers will receive a message to say this property has gone onto the market. We will be in contact with you in regards to any potential buyers wanting to book a viewing for your property or any offers received on your property.
At Gareth Mills Estate Agents if you require an energy performance certificate this can be arranged in house for you. Please remember to sell or let your property you must have a commissioned EPC before the property can be marketed. You must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property to sell or rent.
