Being charged with a criminal offence can be a frightening time. There is lots to think about and, if you are convicted, the consequences can be far-reaching. For example, having a criminal conviction can have a detrimental impact on your employment prospects. It could also mean you have restrictions on foreign travel, with the possibility of overseas border officials refusing you entry to their country.

Just imagine if your driving licence was taken away, there are the issues of getting to work, running the kids around, going to the supermarket or seeing family and friends. If you or someone close has already been convicted of a criminal offence all is not lost. There may be compelling reasons why the conviction is unsafe and as such an appeal process may be available. If the conviction took place in the Magistrates' Court then the appellate court would be the Crown Court.

First rate response time. Clear advice given and carried out instructions as discussed. There are no hidden charges, so you know that what is quoted is exactly what you pay, excluding unforseen costs of course.
Life would be a lot easier if all my suppliers and service providers were as easy to deal with and as professional as Mcclarty.
