We are a family run business that was set up in 2014 by brother and sister Sam and Sophie. Sam Burnett is the head mechanic and MOT tester who is fully qualified to carry out MOT, TYRES, TRACKING, SERVICING and all major repairs. He also achieved runners up apprentice of the year in 2011! Sophie's role is to deal with all the admin, quoting and mounds of paperwork that we create for her.

I have been using this garage for about 2 years now, needed a garage where I felt comfortable taking my car as I simply do not know anything about it and often feel garages can tell this.
Sophie (forgive me if I have the name wrong) always explains things to me with limited jargon so I understand and always gives me a clear price and options. My car is MOT & serviced with them each year, it’s a good price and if I have any issues, they always put it right. The lads working on the car always leave it clean and tidy, always carryout a good job, and are always nice and chatty. I had a recent issue

A good experience with Sam at Burnetts. I was recommended Burnetts Auto Care by a friend, gave Sam a call and booked our E Class in for the following morning. It needed two control arms and a wheel bearing fitted all on same wheel and the tracking done. Had the car trailed down at 8am the next morning and met Sam who looked round the car and listened to how I had done the damage. Sam explained that the work needing to be done could be completed by the end of day but they had staffing issues so it wont be ready till following day, this was not a problem for us so left the car and parts with him

Been using burnetts for the last 4 years, nothing is ever any trouble even when I'm panicking about the smallest thing with my car, they put my mind at rest, I've always felt well cared for by them. Being a driver with little experience of the mechanical side of cars i have experienced getting ripped off by other places in the past. These guys have kept my 55plate zafira on the road for me and it has been a reliable car for me and my family. Thankyou guys!

Driven into garage with an issue. They haven't done any testing or diagnos and decided to change coil pack and 4 sparks. I left garage still having the problem. My car has 3 sparks not 4, but they still charged me for 4. Even if the sparks sold in pack of 4 they should give me the spare one to me. Also, I priced matched the other garages and they ripped me off. I'm very disappointed, especially when this garage been recommended to me. Never will use them again.

Amazing garage and amazing staff, cannot recommend them enough, they most certainly go above and beyond for their customers, a lot of my family members have changed to Burnetts autocare and have been blown away by their customer service and standard of work. As a young female I never feel like I’m being ripped off or intimidated when I go down there with probably a silly question, will always be my go to garage 😊

Been bringing my cars here since they opened. Honest, great service and most importantly transparent with costs. Always there to help and often have directed me to other specialists rather then just take the job on themselves, saving me some money but also ensuring the best job possible. Most garages would have just cracked on clocking up the hours and billing them to the customer, these guys are happy to see the work go elsewhere which speaks volumes. Highly recommend and will keep coming back

Took my 15 year old vehicle there for an MOT 08.02.18. It passed with juat a bulb replaced for just a quid.
Really felt they were genuine and could have sait it needed stuff doing to it due to age but were honest. Thanks guys will bring other cars and reccomend you to family and friends.
