Needed my Ercol studio couch re-webbed & a new seat pad. Couldn't have been more helpful. Explained the process re the webbing. Showed a great range of fabrics & offered to try & source the one I chose from Ercol to make up a seat instead of having to order a full set of cushions​ that weren't needed. Waiting for news.
