Your hour long treatment uses products from the award winning range by Neal's Yard Remedies, which are natural, organic, ethical and free from mineral oils, parabens and other nasties.

A combination of these wonderful products, hot flannels, a variety of massage techniques and many acupressure points will target dull complexion, fine lines, redness, dry skin as well as tense muscles in your neck, face and tops of your shoulders, with the added benefit of a cranial release and complete de-stress.

If you have a special celebration to arrange how about a night (or day) in with the girls? I will visit your home or other location on my own (or with another trained and insured therapist) and I/we will give you a 3 hour pamper party with a choice of treatments including various massages and reiki healing.

Extremely well planned, thought out and Covid Secure! I visited Sarah several times recently for severe neck pain, now cured! Thank Goodness! Her lovely manner and treatments are excellent as usual. I booked a 30 minute Paraffin Wax Hand Treatment with Sarah as I had finger and thumb joint pain. The treatment was relaxing and enjoyable and Sarah made me feel very comfortable, explaining the process as she went. The treatment was beneficial and the results (more joint movements and less pain and beautifully soft skin) lasted for several days afterwards.
I would recommend Sarah and this treatment to anyone who has joint/muscle pain.

I have been wheelchair bound since 2008. When I was resident of my first nursing home in York Sarah came to massage my paralysed legs and I felt immediate benefit. She has continued to provide regular massage ever since.
