Every year the Happy Feet team gets a chance to put on their 'Penguin' suits and go along to the NMT Presentation evening. The Nursery Management Today (NMT) Nursery Awards is simply THE event of the year for the UK nursery sector and by a distance. First launched in 2003, when eight individually sponsored prizes were won that first year, the NMT Nursery Awards have grown each and every year, so that in 2014 there were 15 to be won!
We conduct various surveys and ask for feedback throughout the year to help improve our service to parent's, carers and children. After being invited to visit Happy Feet Nursery to deliver music sessions. I was so impressed with the nursery facilities, professional staff and most importantly, the calm atmosphere, that my daughter joined Happy Feet in a matter of weeks.

Over a year ago, we relocated our daughter to Happy Feet following a move. The transition couldn't have been smoother. The staff are exceptional, ensuring all needs are met, and our daughter adores her time there. The nursery facilities are excellent, and the inclusion of "forest school" blocks for all children is a wonderful addition.

This has to be the most unprofessional run childcare establishment ever! I take my niece on occasion on behalf of my sister in law. I was met at the door recently by a staff member who appeared to be more interested in the gossip of other patents at the door than my nieces tummy ache i was trying to tell her about! This used to be a great facility, however the past few months its went dramatically down hill.

Really disappointing across a number of areas. Not enough coat hooks so everything gets dumped in a pile and then we wonder why everything gets lost. Staff have been mixing up kids with the same first name mix up first name resulting in more lost stuff. The losing of things has been a headache for weeks and we've only just realised the school was not to blame. Most of it was lost at happy feet! The staff don't come down the stairs so you have to shout up at them. All the kids have to make that one on their own for the most part. Kids that are injured don't get any extra support or help getting

Racist nursery which supports the views of racist staff. Not a suitable learning environment for children.

Following my daughter attending After School at Happy Feet I had no doubts about my baby son going there at 7 months to allow me back to work. That was almost 3 years ago and he has went from baby room, to toddler room and now Pre-5. Every teacher and staff member is extremely professional as well as being caring and kind. Its a nursery full of happy, well cared for children and I cannot fault a single thing!
