Just looking for a new property can feel like a full time job, and once you have managed to find somewhere you've got the dreaded referencing process, packing, cleaning, closing down/setting up utility accounts, redirecting post, physically hauling all of your worldly possessions into the new place etc. etc.
Dedicated Letting Agents are actually quite hard to come by in our area. The majority of our competitors offer both Sales and Lettings with the Sales side of the business usually being the main focus. Lettings IS our business. We are specialists and we love it! We want your Investment Property to work for you.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).

I can't recommend The Property Pad.

Sorry, but I've been dissapointed with the service that I've received from them, I suppose that, being 'small fry' I'm way down the list of their priorities.
I've been trying to get, [the latest] , repairs done in my rented flat for over 2 years and were pleased when The Property Pad took over the property management almost 3 months ago.
They inspected the property at my request and agreed that repairs were urgently needed. However after I month and hearing nothing, I emailed them and receiving
