We are delighted with the final result of the major renovation of our stone house in Utkinton, Tarporley.
We now have an insulated home with the ground floor entirely on one level, underfloor heating on both floors, two beautiful individually styled bathrooms and a nice big kitchen.
The original sandstone has been repointed and cleaned, a new patio has been laid and an extensive new drive tarmaced.
All the team members, of whom we met many over the nine months of the project, were professional, skilled, good communicators, and prepared to incorporate our ideas into the final styling of the finishing

Hough Construction has made our house extension a really positive experience, from the hand-written letter of introduction we received with the initial quote, to the constructive meetings and conversations about every stage of the process and to the extremely high standard of the work itself. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Every member of the team has been friendly and professional and they have made every effort to keep disturbance to a minimum, keeping us informed, limiting noise and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of every day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Hough Construction carried out a significant renovation and extension of our bungalow earlier this year and we are delighted with the result. There was clear communication during the build on progress and costs. The team were very approachable, responded to all our questions and offered lots of support to assist us in making decisions. The quality of finish has been superb and the build finished exactly on time. We are very pleased with our finished home and would highly recommend Hough Construction.

I can not give this company a higher recommendation!
After moving to a new area, with no contacts and no clue as to which companies were good and which were not, we foolishly used a different company to instal our new kitchen... I could have done a better job myself! Thus I had second thoughts about every building company in the area. Until I met Patrick. An honest, well turned out and thorough builder. He gave me a quote inside the time limit he stated and personally worked with me on getting exactly the build I wanted and in a cost that I felt comfortable. His team were on time EVERY morning
