Report
Shocking customer service from ICE namely Rob Mclanally (the business development manager) regarding a faulty (and poor quality) Sprintus vacuum I returned for a refund.
They received the machine back two weeks ago and have failed to make any contact at all or respond to emails.
Attempts made to contact the person dealing with the issue by phone have been fruitless too.
It’s now reached the stage where I’m initiating county court proceedings to try and get my money back for the machine and the cost of returning it to them.
This could’ve all been avoided with a bit of communication or
