We have used Highfields since 2015 and they have always provided a great service, and been very helpful when advise was needed. We have used the services of Highfield Property for more than 10 years now, to manage our property portfolio. They have handled many of our properties over this time and have always provided a professional service at a competitive price.

Signing up for a fully managed service means you can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge your property is in expert hands. Compile a Full Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the Property, prior to the tenancy commencing. Move the Tenants into the property and carry out Smoke Alarm tests on the day the Tenancy Commences (please see fees schedule for cost).
