We provide a wide range of services to help you with your project, starting with design ideas and a free consultation leading onto a feasibility study with building cost estimates, and through to obtaining the necessary planning and building regulation approvals. We have local planning knowledge and 'listed building' expertise to tackle even the most challenging projects.
If you are considering extending your living space, building an annexe is a good option, especially if you want more space to accommodate dependants who need support but want to retain independent living or those who cannot afford to buy their own property but want to be self-sufficient. Building an annexe is also likely to increase the value of your property.
Need extra space in your home? An extension is a great way of achieving this without having to move, taking the form of a rear or side extension, either single or two-storey, a loft conversion or even multiple extensions. Whatever your vision, there are many considerations needed when extending your home, including the size of the extension, neighbours and highways.
Our commercial services follow the RIBA Plan of Work, where the services are broken down into eight work stages these can be customised to create a 'project specific plan' to suit your needs. We can offer a complete service from inception to completion, acting as your lead consultant, contract administrator, employer's agent, and principal designer.

Out of all the local architects that I approached for the project, only Mark seem to have the vision of what could be achieved and delivered a first class professional service. Excellent value for money, timely and informative throughout. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Mark Potter and Steve Nevard were great to work with: imaginative by sympathetic to our requirements, they kept the project on the go and made sure we were always kept up to date with progress. When we hit a snag, they sorted it out or discussed the options openly with us. They were very good value for money and professional throughout with us and third parties. We would recommend them highly
