It is a class 3,4 and 7 MOT bay which means we can MOT trikes, cars and 3.5 tonne vans, motorhomes and horseboxes.

Services
Our workshop is situated in Flintshire, just outside of Chester City, within easy access of the M56. Here at CMA Chester, we house 6 two posters ramps and 2 MOT bays which enables us to carry out MOT on class 3,4 and 7 vehicles. We also have on site the latest diagnostic equipment, four wheel laser alignment gauges and the most important part of any workshop - a full engine rebuild shop.
At CMA Chester we have been reconditioning engines and gearboxes since 1970 and have nearly 40 years experience. We can supply any part for these items as long as they are still available and, for those hard to source parts, we have plenty of suppliers who can help. Our workshop houses new and reconditioned parts both off the shelve and built to order, such as: exchange cylinder heads, crankshafts and gearboxes.

As a woman driver with a 1996 camper as my daily, it's been flippin difficult finding a garage to look after the van properly, not to talk to me like I know nothing, and not to overcharge me.
Martin, Tony and all the guys at CMA are just a breath of fresh air. They do the job. They do it well and with good humour. And their charges are reasonable, considering the miracles they work on my poor old van!!
Don't listen to the negatives here. These guys are the real deal. You won't want to take your car anywhere else. 😀

My boyfriend took his car to this garage on the 21st of June and he got it back today (18th Aug).
When he took it, his car had just been ceramic coated - no scratches or marks whatsoever. I do not know the fancy terms for this but it was spotless and I know this because it was a birthday gift from me to him.
A week after he took it in he rang up for a check in and they had not started it. The following week he rang and the man who was suppose to start it had gone on holiday!
Awful awful service. Would not recommend this place.

We placed our car with this garage on a recommendation from our usual garage in Flint. We had an oil leak that they could not deal with as the engine neede to be removed as part of the diagnostic.
Martin at CMA chose the date that we would be able the car in for diagnostic and repair. 3 weeks later we are begging for the car back.
When I went in to collect the car Martin could give no explanation as to why CMA had taken 3 weeks to complete the work with minimum communication throughout.
He told me were busy and this is just how it is. When challenged he became rude and aggressive and told his

Have used CMA Chester for a range of different vehicle repairs over the years, MOT’s, Diagnostics, Clutches, Gearbox’s, Engine repairs, the whole shibang! Always a pleasure to deal with, Martin and Tony have helped me out no end - Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced too. Be ready with biscuits though as Martin is a diva when he’s hungry!
