I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Ron at PBS Office Supplies. I needed a high-quality, ergonomic office chair, as my business involves being sat down all day. As a result, I also regularly suffer from back pain. Not only did Ron offer expert advice and a huge choice of models and fabric samples, he also invited me to test the chair.
Once delivered, he adjusted the chair to suit my posture and carried out a workstation assessment. Since I have been using my new office chair, my back pain has decreased.
