Cannot thank Steve and the guys at CPS enough. My car failed an MOT on the exhaust at another garage and was quoted almost £1000 to have it fixed. Took it to CPS and not only did they fix for well under that price. They had it done super quick whilst also providing me with a courtesy car to use. Let them do my MOT again and passed. Bloody brilliant job!! Definitely coming back again.

Can’t fault my experience with CPS. My Peugeot started to become very sluggish and would cut out, after calling breakdown I was told the timing chain had gone and I would have to put in a lot of money to fix it. After being told by multiple garages to either scrap my car or the repairs would cost me near enough a grand, once it got to Steve, the issue had been misidentified and it needed a new coil pack. It got to Steve on Thursday afternoon and I was able to pick it up the next day at lunch time. My car now drives amazing - better than before! Can’t thank CPS enough for their honesty, great

Absolutely rude owner. I was looking for a headlight washer for my Mercedes-Benz, the price was £50 when speaking to him on the phone, I have travelled for more than 120 miles to buy the parts, he charged me three times more expensive than the price he gave me on the phone and four times more expensive than buying the parts brand new from the Mercedes Benz dealer. And he had a very rude and disgusting attitude. Would not recommend at all.

Amazing customer service, fair prices,no hidden extras.Very professional staff who explain what the issues are. Great communications ,I am an NHS key worker and this company turned my car around from a non runner to a car that feels like brand new, in a very short time. Rude Staff, Bad Customer service and they rip you off! Stay clear
My Mercedes van failed it's MOT and I needed to get some work so chose CPS Automative but it turned out to be a horrible experience. I live in Hertfordshire so I called in advance, showed the the MOT faults and advised them what work was needed. I was given the quote of £120. Once I get to the garage the price had risen to £250. I was told it's a big job and lots of work was needed so I agreed. I was advised I get a call the next day so I caught the train back to my hometown. It took 3 days and I was not making money from my vehicle

CPS have been great from the word go. Got a quote from them immediately, and spoke to Steve over the phone to discuss the job to be done. Price was very reasonable and the quality of work and turnaround time was perfect. Had my clutch, dmf and clutch line changed. Steve rang me halfway through the job to advise I needed extra work doing, which was very helpful and again very well priced. Would definitely recommend to friends and family as the whole process from start to finish was efficient and friendly. Lovely staff to have a chat with overall extremely satisfied with CPS Automotive
