An assault, in law, is any attack or act which is intended to cause injury, whether or not it actually does. Even if the act only causes the victim to fear some bodily harm, that is sufficient in law for the charge to be made out. An assault cannot be committed by accident - there must be some intent on the part of the accused.
We understand how important your driving licence is. Being convicted of a driving offence is potentially a life changing matter. We know our clients are reliant on their ability to drive, whether it's for family life, work, business or pleasure. Criminal convictions could also end up in the loss of your job, business, and reputation and can take a strain on your personal relationships.

Very unreliable and unprofessional company . Advised me to go not guilty in court and asked me to produce evidence and got my court case adjourned which took a whole of 6 months to then send off for a guilty plea on my behalf without my concent . I spoke to the manager of the firm who told me to get my papers transferred if I was not happy and hung up. They do not care about you they just care about the money
