Fantastic service. Everyone in the team is incredibly helpful and friendly. They went well above and beyond to help us guide through the process of buying our first home (the sellers selected Diamonds and we are so grateful for their choice!) and caught every ball that our useless conveyancing solicitor has dropped. Cannot rate Diamonds high enough!

An amazing experience. This team really offer everything, from a really effective and joined up sales and promotion service to following through and chasing solicitors daily. Jane was amazing and communication was excellent throughout. Diamonds managed a potentially tricky situation with friendly ease and everyone is happy. If I could give 6 stars I would. Diamond Estate Agents were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in their care for us during the whole process. We received advise with every aspect of moving. Jane gave great advise on local services and was just so friendly and welcoming and Mark even bought the keys to us at the house due a very long and stressful journey from London with and excellent welcome package. I could have cried with joy, in fact I think I did. Thank you Diamonds and their whole team.

I brought a property from Diamond Estate Agent and received excellent service. There were a couple of potential issues with the lease which were resolved quickly with no issues at all. Every query was dealt with efficiently by the friendly staff. Would definitely look to sell my property in the future with them if I decide to move.

Diamond sold my property for me and from first meeting Nick I was immediately struck by their professionalism and local knowledge but most of all their empathy and understanding. The road to final sale was quite a long, bumpy one due to the pandemic but I never lost belief that Mark and his team were a 'safe pair of hands'. They are a local, family business and all the team have a customer focus, be it vendor or buyer, and manage to navigate the two with a very human face. The efficiency of Lyn, kindness of Jayne and overall support of Mark, Charlotte and Nick couldn't take out the stress from
