I agreed to purchase £500 carpet including fitting.
I explained that the area would have a difficult door to remove and refit.
Aiden told me a joiner would call to me on Saturday, none called.
Aiden also told me that the carpet would be fitted on Wednesday, nobody called.
When I phoned on Thursday to ask Aiden told me he forgot to get me a joiner and couldn't remember the carpet I had chosen.
I waited two days on people calling to my house, but there had actually been nobody scheduled to call. Extermely rude thing to do. If you didn't want the job because of the door, it was obnoxious to

Highly impressed at all stages in purchase and fitting of hall, stairs and landing carpet, friendly staff assistance with samples & selection, detailed measurements done, pricing realistic, staff diligent in obtaining alternative when original choice out of stock, was kept fully informed, workmanship of fitters was excellent. Completed job superb. Commendable, generous attitude shown throughout. Highly recommend.
