Cannot rate their customer service highly enough. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending £30 or £3000, they treat you exactly the same with a warm, friendly, helpful attitude.
Jewellery selection is excellent, some really interesting and unique pieces from some great designers, a lot of them local to the area.

Been to this store for so many wonderful pieces of jewellery. Has stylish presentation, a good range of designers and prices for all budgets. Many of the pieces are nothing like you see on the high street and this means everything has that extra special touch of class. Staff are fantastic and we live visiting and popping when shopping or simply passing by on the bike too

I am doing my work experience this week at element jewellery and I have enjoyed every minute. All the staff have been amazingly kind and helpful letting me help out with their jobs but also giving me independent jobs and tasks to focus on myself, giving me complete freedom and trust to help with the event this weekend. The jewellery they sell is just gorgeous. Thankyou for an amazing week of work experience and can’t wait for tomorrow’s event!!

I wanted to buy a ring to propose to my partner, having never bought an engagement ring before. I was visiting Hebden Bridge on my travels through West Yorkshire and saw Element Jewellery as I was driving past. I had a quick look at their website which seemed very tastefully done and decided to pop in to the shop later to have a look around. After seeing some interesting rings but not quite sure what would be suitable, I was invited to have a consultation with a member of the design team, which I'm very pleased I did.
