For hundreds of years signs have been created by painting lettering on to a variety of materials, but since the 1980's (when i began my apprenticeship) the majority have been done using computer cut vinyl. Scott has produced three signs for us on our Listed Quaker Meeting House in Henley-on-Thames. One was traditionally sign written, the two others were painted wooden signs. We are extremely happy with them and they have been much admired by both members of our meeting and passers-by. Scott gave us very useful design advice and was very patient while we applied for listed buildings consent. We can thoroughly recommend Ascot Signs for this kind of work.
