Although much of our work will be of a compliance nature we are not merely "accounts producers". We want to add value to your business by working with you as a business partner. Our two offices are easily accessed from a wide area and we are always happy to visit our clients at their premises. Our directors and managers have developed a wide variety of skills and they are supported by staff of a quality of which we are proud.
Although all businesses need to prepare annual accounts these are often prepared merely to meet your legal obligations. Accounts can, however, be an extremely useful management tool and the preparation of more regular accounts, on a monthly or quarterly basis can give regular information to assist in the running of your business.
Since the advent of audit exemption for smaller companies many have dispensed with one. There may be advantages to retaining an audit. It is a decision that should be looked at regularly by every company. We are happy to look at this with you and give you an unbiased opinion as to whether or not you would benefit.

All limited companies have legal obligations to maintain statutory records, including minutes of Directors Meetings and Annual General Meetings, and to file certain documents at Companies House.
