1 star but I'd give less if I could. I ordered this present on the 29th November for a Christmas present... It 20 days later and its still "lost in the post". I have requested numerous times for a replacement to be sent. And despite promises to do so, they did not. So here we are, grandparents without their gift and HelloCanvas Failing to fulfil their promise. Wouldn't trust this company. And would never recommend. Don't waste your money.
EDIT- I have now received my replacement order. However- appalled to have also received a second box of tiles, with someone elses pictures! Obviously an error

I have over 50 canvases (five are 5x3'; three are 3x3' with the rest being A1+), and have never been disappointed. Now with the organisation of two rooms, I am in a quandary for two massive prints or lots of wee-er ones and a big one.

Just had two fantastic canvas prints reproduced from IPhone photos. One I had cropped and edited myself it and so it wasn’t good to work with. I received an email the same day I ordered (a Sunday) asking for further info on the photo then instructions on how to transfer and an order was placed. The result is amazing. Top quality esp when it’s from a phone photo. From placement of order to delivery - 11 days. Would most definitely recommend this company. The other print worked well as it was. Superb prints.

I ordered some of our wedding photos using the hexagon Custom Shapes design and absolutely love them! So much so that I have gone back online today and ordered even more. They were delivered promptly (especially considering everything that is going on right now) and looked even better than I thought they would. 100% recommend!

I've ordered from here a few times and the products have always been of decent quality which I've been happy with.
Unfortunately they fall down on customer service however. On one occasion it took many weeks for them to dispatch my order, meaning it was very late compared to the original estimated delivery date.
Then, on another occasion I placed an order but after doing so realised I made a mistake on it. I emailed them literally minutes after I ordered it, but instead of putting a stop on the order, they fumbled with back and forth emails between me and them sorting out the details of the picture
