As part of our wireless service, we'll visit your office and work with you to establish what connectivity you need and where. Our wireless survey will tell us the coverage and scope of the network, and where you need printers, workstations and scanners. If you have remote workers, we'll look at how to make sure they benefit from your wireless solutions too.

Based in south Wales, we found Smooth IT via a google maps search thanks to others' good reviews on here. Rob helped our company move all of our emails from an old client server to Office 365. It was complicated but every step was handled professionally, double checked, and nothing was overlooked or rushed. Our workflow is now much improved with faster email and through Sharepoint and Teams which enable us to work remotely. We are all really happy with the new system. Rob is always helpful over the phone of via a screenshare and is very knowledgeable. I like Smooth IT's pay as you go format for

We have been using Smooth IT for all of our IT requirements and ad hoc support for many years. Dan and Rob and all the team at Smooth IT have been a fantastic help to us as we have set up our new business. Put simply, we didn't have much of a clue when it came to setting up the IT side of our business, but we have been guided through which software and hardware we needed, and supported through the ongoing maintenance with the minimal of fuss and most importantly, in a language myself and my business partner understand (We are both complete technophobes!!!)
