I emailed asking for a quote and advice for replacing some window to thermal glass and received no reply. Sent the email again asking whether anyone had a chance to replay and received a very uninterested email saying they couldn’t help due to the structure.
No conversation about whether we’d be prepared to change the roof structure, which we were, just a simple no. Didn’t feel like they were interested in helping because it might have looked complicated.

Moved into a new house earlier this year and have had issues with the rear glazed french doors getting stuck. Looked for a local business to come and have a look. The knowledge, understanding and expertise they had was fantastic, they explained what the issue was and then fixed it within 40 mins. Perfect job and the doors work better than they ever had.
