Fantastic local company, the staff are always friendly, knowledgable and attentive. I choose to shop here for all my wife’s birthday/ Christmas gifts as well as buying her engagement ring and our wedding bands from here. I was negotiating to buy a watch from this jeweller. We had agreed a price and a method of payment (PayPal). I was then informed that the Griffin Jewellers could not uphold the deal as Paypal charges them a 3% fee and they had made a mistake on agreeing a price. At this point, the deal is agreed, so Griffin Jewellers decided to go for profit rather than treating the customer fairly. Very disappointing experience. I would advise not to procure from this Jeweller.

I was after a specific watch which I located through the internet at Griffin Jewellers. As this was not local to myself everything about the purchase had to be dealt with via email and phone and whilst I had a few concerns initially about buying such an expensive item without trying it on first, Don assured me he would be happy to refund in full should I not be happy once I received the watch. I made several calls and sent several emails before agreeing on the purchase and each time my queries were dealt with promptly and all the staff were extremely helpful. A rock solid trustworthy company! Very easy pleasant on-line transaction with helpful and responsive staff, you can have complete confidence in this firm.
