Ordered a bouquet over the phone for my in-laws Diamond Wedding Anniversary and asked the florist if she could include flowers that were in the original bouquet. Just come off the phone from my mother-in-law in floods of happy tears - they were perfect and gave her so much pleasure as it was just like her original flowers from her wedding.

First two times I used this place I was happy with the flowers and reviewed them accordingly. 3rd time I was very dissapointed. Flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website and only had 2 lilies when the product was advertised with lots of lillies (see pic). Its called the "Superb mixed bouquet" but I can assure you there is nothing superb about it. To make matters worse the lillies and roses didn't open properly and withered fast (see pics). I expressed my displeasure at the lack of flowers and recieved a very "nice" phone call to explain to me why I was wrong to be dissapointed and

Absolutely amazed at the service at Homeland, we were left panicking needing funeral flowers at urgent notice, I contacted Homeland on a Sunday lunchtime and explained the situation. I was dealt with in a really lovely manner by the staff and they were really helpful. They helped me select an appropriate arrangement which they could get made up the same day. I returned at 4pm to be handed this amazing heart display in preparation for my Nan's funeral the following morning.
