Gayle was amazing, her kind words, enthusiasm, expertise and friendly, welcoming nature are just what you need from a bridal shop. She made you feel special and put you at ease when you were having some bridal worries (we all have them!). I look back at my wedding photos with the biggest smile on my face, one of the big reasons being my dress!

My name is Gayle Carr-Willis and I am the owner and face of The Bridal Rooms, Uttoxeter. I thought I would give you a bit about my background before we embark on your exciting bridal journey together, so here it is: I grew up with a passion for dance and became a professional dancer and singer - the west end musicals were where I was at home.

Absolutely incredible 5 star experience. I couldn't have asked for anything more, she helped me find my dream dress. All the dresses are incredibly beautiful, Gayle and her mom made us all feel warm & welcomed into there lovely shop, I felt at ease as they are both so helpful. It really was an amazing afternoon with fantastic service - thank you both xx

Gayle went above and beyond to help me through the entire process of buying my dress from start to finish! Not only was her help next to none but the dresses at The Bridal Rooms were stand out, with designs I hadn't seen anything like anywhere else even after my months of searching! The seamstress Lynne used by The Bridal Rooms is also brilliant and did all of my alterations to perfection. After 15 dress viewings else where I am speaking from experience in saying that and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else more!
