Our Beginnings The English Soap Company story began in 2000, when founders Bob & Juliet discovered a number of vintage soap moulds lying disused in a machinery workshop farm in Kent. Inspired by their discovery, Bob & Juliet spent many years perfecting the art of soap making and perfumery to make the perfect soap.

Each and every one of our products are handcrafted by me, from my kitchen counter top in Harrogate. Although, more often than not, I get an extra pair of hands in the form of my sister who loves to help! From beginning to end, you're getting a proper artisan product, with quality and attention at every stage.

Flowers are a living piece of nature and require some essential hygiene practices to improve their vase life. We recommend the following generally, however, each species and their varieties often have individual requirements. Always make sure your vase is thoroughly cleaned so that there is no bacterial contamination from previous use.
