I started my Cambridge photography business back in 2007. First set up as a professional portrait studio for babies, families and weddings, my photography quickly diversified. I found myself shooting more and more business work. And it was work I particularly enjoyed. Today, I'm regularly commissioned by Cambridge businesses, individuals and institutions, but travel to London and beyond often.
I go wherever I'm needed and still get thrills shooting inside hidden science labs at the back of corporate office buildings!. I have been published across the UK press, received an international photography award (IPA) honourable mention and was an Olympus wedding photography award finalist.

I shoot modern business images for professional individuals, businesses & organisations. My work includes studio head-shots, office portraits, product photography, PR portfolios, editorial and advertising photography. I also shoot 360 degree photography, interactive 360 degree virtual tours and corporate/conference/event films and video.

I met Mike at a party. After learning about his job, I contacted him a few days later to take some pictures for an online dating profile. We discussed a bit what I wanted and fixed a date for shooting. My expectation was having a bit of fun while doing something that was totally unlike me, and get a few nice pictures.

Have just collaborated with StillVision on the Cambridge RAG 2021 Blues Calendar which was a challenging project involving over 30 models in 12 locations. Mike couldn't have been better to work with both when organizing the shoots and making everyone feel at ease when as they progressed. Three quarters of the shoots had to take place during the COVID pandemic which made the project much more challenging. I can't recommend Mike highly enough. I don't like having my picture taken and he worked some kind of magic to give me just the shots I needed, where I looked natural and relaxed (so my friends and colleagues agreed!). Really responsive and professional. Couldn't be happier.

I arranged a photo shoot with Mike for new headshots for my psychotherapy website on the recommendation of a friend who was really pleased with his work. I was a little pessimistic since I almost never like photos of myself and am often told photos don’t look like me. However, I was amazed to find that not only did Mike’s warm, professional and friendly manner make the experience itself bearable, but I actually loved the photos! Needing to get some head-and-shoulders photos taken to promote my business, I was lucky enough to find Mike via a Google search. Despite the fact I was pretty nervous on the day and am about as photogenic as a sack of potatoes, Mike made the shoot fun and took so many great shots, I found it very difficult to whittle my choices down. If you're a Cambridgeshire-based businessperson who wants some professional photos taken, or simply someone who would like to have a collection of great pictures for posterity, I can highly recommend Mike.

Mike came to our house to take portraits of me and my husband, needed for publicity purposes in connection with a forthcoming book. We were delighted with the quality and variety of images in the gallery of proofs he produced and easily picked out ones that were perfect for our purpose. He was very professional, but also very friendly and knew how to put us at our ease and make the shooting session fun. We would definitely recommend him.
