My cakes are baked fresh to order using the finest of ingredients, many of which are organic and sourced locally. The tantalising flavours available include traditional rich fruit cake with brandy, luscious zesty lemon, rich chocolate using Venezuelan and Peruvian black, moist carrot cake, classic vanilla sponge with sugar paste or American frosting and red velvet.

Towers of Cupcakes with swirls of buttercream or Individual cakes covered in fondant icing topped with hand-made flowers or piped decorations can adorn any celebration. Combinations of different flavours are available. Stunning boxes of Cupcakes are also available to enhance any occasion - birthday, Mother's day or just to say "I love you" or "Thank you".
Thank you for the beautiful wedding cake. The detail was wonderful, we were very impressed by the subtle shimmer of the icing which looked great with the Bridesmaid dresses.
