Profile Brighton
Profile Fashion first opened its doors in Brighton's fashionable Lanes in 1980 and established itself as a divine shopping destination. The creators of Profile were among the first independents to bring labels such as Hugo Boss and Armani Jeans to the U.K.

This eye for fashion along with a determination to offer a personal customer-based shopping experience ensured Profile's reputation continued to grow throughout Sussex and on into London and the rest of the UK.Profile continued to grow and develop through the decades adding several new stores to create a mini emporium throughout the exclusive Dukes Lane and Ship Street shopping areas.

Seriously horrible staff, follow you around the store and look down on you as if you’re a different breed. I walked in there believing the shop to seek what I was looking for, and left thinking the only people this store could possibly cater to is football hooligans or people with more money than sense. Will never return, if you’re looking for street wear check out route one and OG kicks, lovely staff and a much better selection

A very unprofessional boutique when you buy items from Farfetch. I purchased a pair of silk Charlotte Olympia cat nap slippers and they only sent me the left slipper instead of the whole pair.
These slippers also come with a silk night mask & silk pouch but they only included the empty tissue papers inside the box they sent me.
To make things worse, they didn’t even include a pre paid return label for me to return the package back to them... totally disgusted by the unprofessionalism when you pay €354 for a “pair” of slippers!!!

Followed around by staff the entire time was literally locked in the store, ironically I spent a large sum of money. The item i bought had no price tag on it, the manager came along and quite literally made the price up on the spot. Upon getting home and having a check online he had added a ridiculous amount to the price.

My husband and I always make a beeline for the shop when I’m Brighton, staff are friendly and knowledgable and although we nearly always find something that we can’t resist it’s equally ok if you just want to browse. Keep it up guys great to see such a good selection outside London.

Rude owner, very passive aggressive, before you walk in the shop you know your just going to get stared at and followed around the premises! No point in getting a receipt because you cannot return items!! You only get respected if you look like you have money,
I do NOT reccomend this place..
3* overall reviews on the ‘Profile Fashion’ page says it all

Very helpful lady. They have a massive range of Armani jeans and she was very knowledgeable about the different fits. I bought a pair for myself and a pair for my brother which he can try on at home and return if they don't fit which is great as they have loads of sizes so he'll be fine. Some very nice clothes and I think fairly priced. I have paid more fore Armani jeans.

If I could leave no stars it would be more accurate. The staff in there today made us feel uncomfortable and not worthy of any customer service.my son had saved his pocket money and wanted to buy a nice top. They were unhelpful, offering no advice, when I asked about different sizes I was told that this was all they had which may have been true but it was a frosty reply and the last time I will be setting foot in that shop. We ended up going to a store a stones throw away where the service was impeccable and we spent alllhis money plus some.

I Bought Dolce and Gabbana Joggers from Profile Fashion, I needed them to go with my Dolce and Gabbana Ski Jacket from Harrods, the Joggers look the same as Harrods but the one in Harrods are twice as heavy, but Profile Fashion was of Poor Quality they did Not last long, it seems a cheaper version of Dolce and Gabbana. I went down stairs the sales assistant was chatting up my man friend, I asked him for help he did not seemed interested in serving me, there was a Irish man in there bragging.

Worst service I have ever encountered in a retail store. The staff give the impression that you are not worthy to be in their store. I would rather to travel to a selfridges than set foot in one of these stores again. Terrible service, terrible stock range.

Thank you little miss shop assistant, but I really don't feel that I need you to follow me around the shop as if you expect me to throw the most expensive item I can find into my handbag and do a runner!

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop in my life. If you really need to come upstairs with myself and my friend, you could at least offer assistance or stand in one corner. Do not follow me around like I am some low-life petty criminal. This is particularly pretentious behaviour and isn't going to win you many customers.

This shop is supposedly an designer outlet. I have to admit
